Students will graduate the academy as young responsible members of society, prepared to effectively contribute to the public safety workforce.
The Public Safety Academy began in 2011 as a non-profit co-ed public high school program for students interested law enforcement and emergency preparedness. Students (9th - 12th grade) attend academic and Career Technical Education courses as a grade level team. Learning occurs through academics, hands-on training, field trips, competitions, and guest instructors. We are funded through the California Partnership Academies grant, a "school within a school” model and Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006.
We appreciate your time and dedication to our students and program. Thank you.
